舞踏手 。姚丽洙 (2012 离开寿板舞踏）

丽洙在2004至2009年跟随本地的自在音乐工作室在国内及国外包括新加坡、印尼、中国等国家参与了释迦摩尼佛传，天心月圆，以及文成公主的音乐剧演出。

丽洙也是一名讲师，每天面对单纯的学生和形形色色的人与事，让她一直有机会“观他”，后来也成为珍贵的一面镜子，让她不停地内观。而这些人与事，就是她珍贵的老师。在2009年，丽洙思维上有了一些微妙但很重要的转变，促使她想在舞蹈里寻找真正的自己，很巧合的，在同一时间，她遇上了舞踏，一个充满灵性及能量的舞蹈，让她顿时找到一个新的方向，一个能认识自己也是修行的舞台。

丽洙非常珍惜这一切的缘分，她非常感恩师兄冠南把她带进寿板，并得到本地唯一的舞踏大师瑞强老师的用心教导，也有幸和日本舞踏大师和栗由纪夫同台演出，这是她生命的一个重要的转折点。

对丽洙来说，舞踏不只是一种舞蹈，舞踏是修行。

Lai Chee (2012 has left Nyoba Kan) started her stage performance with Musical On Stage Production in 2004, she involved in the performance of Musicals including “Above Full Moon” (2004 KL World Premier, Singapore, and China Tour) Siddhartha the Musical (2007 Jakarta Tour and 2009 in KL) and Jewel of Tibet (2008, KL).

Lai Chee is a lecturer, she always faces different students and people everyday, all these people are the important teachers and a big mirror to Lai Chee instead, who gave her a chance to observe herself and try to find out “who am I?” In 2009, Lai Chee was facing a crucial change within her thought, she had a chance to go further and find out the answer when she joined Nyoba Kan in 2009, and she practiced and danced Butoh, a spiritual dance, which is unique and full of energy.

Lai Chee was grateful to have the chance to meet her senior who brought her to Nyoba Kan, and being trained by the only local Buto Master Swee Keong, and had a chance to dance with Butoh Master Yukio Waguri from Japan. For her, this is an important turning point in her path.

In her point of view, Butoh is more than a dance, Butoh is Dharma.
